David Dupree

David holds Real Estate licenses in North and South Carolina, is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), the Charlotte Regional Board of Realtors, the NC Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Originally from Smithfield NC, he received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from East Carolina University and moved to the Washington D.C. area to pursue a career in sales for 3M. After much success, he moved to the Charlotte area to help found a licensed NASCAR memorabilia and apparel company that was eventually sold to a publicly traded distribution company. David then set his sights on investing in commercial real estate. He formed BCB Investments in 2003 to help others buy, sell, and lease commercial property. David is also a Managing Partner of Northstate Capital Partners, Northstate Capital Developers, Madison Simmons Homes & Communities, and Vogue Salons.
