Starting out in the real estate financing world provided David an in depth look at how banks and brokers underwrite loans. This experience has allowed for a greater ability to direct clients to the right loans for their situation. Shortly into his career he made the move towards obtaining his real estate brokers license which he received in 2003. Since then he has helped hundreds of clients with their real estate needs.
