David Fenn

David’s real estate career began in 1999 & obtained his Broker’s license in 2001. He has extensive experience selling new & existing homes as well as vacant land.

During David’s career, he has helped hundreds of clients’ successfully close escrow. Having been evaluated by JD Power & Associates through a successful career in selling new homes, David has become an award-winning salesman, both as a realtor and new home sales agent. He has earned several awards including two top customer service awards, rookie of the year, fast start & best divisional salesperson.

David opened Fenn Real Estate Inc. in 2016 to share his experience and talents with others and bring in like-minded agents to follow his lead. David desires to help his agents be sincere and caring real estate professionals.
David is also a licenses mortgage loan officer and with this additional experience he is more equipped to serve his clients in the best way possible.
