David Fontana is absolutely AMAZING!! He made the experience of my being a first-time homebuyer incredible. David was always with me through every major step, from the looking at model homes to my receiving the keys to my new home . . . literally by my side as if he were purchasing a home himself. He was always available for my phone calls, texts, or emails. He never steered me wrong. I'm forever grateful!! I have already recommended him to a couple of family members who will relocating in another year or two. His personality and sincerity warm my heart each time I see or talk to him. What a phenomenal asset David is to your company. HE IS THE BEST!!!

He says he's the Orlando real estate King and he's nothing short of it. This gentleman's dogged tenacity and efforts provided me phenomenal service yet with a compassion that is lacking in the business world. Selling a house is a stressful thing, and he took all the stress out of it. He was forever available whenever I needed him, whether he was out of town or out of country. He always followed up with me, and despite numerous last minute notices from the buyers lender, when I couldn't respond he was readily available and made it happen. He got me exactly what l asked for from my house despite many potential issues, on his voice was sound uneffective. He was a strong ally when dealing with a not so efficient lender of the buyer. He was a bulldog and sunk his teeth when he had to, and he had a gentle touch when he needed to. He's a gentleman and a gentle man and the finest realtor I know. He shoot straight and gave me accurate forecast and expected responses. If you want to house soul or if you want to buy a house and you want a strong Ally to support you take the stress away, this realtor is for you.

Dave Fontana is truly the Real Estate King! I have been working with Dave for over 10 years as he has helped me buy and sell 5 properties. He is a straight shooter who always supports his clients. If you're looking to buy a home, Dave takes his time understanding what you're looking for and keeps looking until the right home is found. As he takes you through homes he points out the good and bad of the property. I will never forget when he took us to see one home and after walking around the outside told us he would not let us purchase the home because he spotted water damage we would have never seen. If you're selling your home, you couldn't ask for a better advocate than Dave!! He highlights the attributes to potential buyers and his follow up is unrivaled. He has always been able to get me the target price I desired. I strongly recommend Dave for whatever your real estate needs may be. He is certainly the king!
