David earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and went on to the MBA program there as well. He is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors as well as MLS Listings (the largest San Francisco Bay Area multiple listing service), CAR (the California Association of Realtors), and NAR (the National Association of Realtors).

He has built and remodeled several homes in the area, can assist clients with remodeling and building ideas, and has an extensive contact list of remodeling contractors.
