An Arizona native, David Habura, has grown up in the Phoenix area. He has seen first hand how the city has grown and changed as it has become one of the top spots for growth in the country. After a 17-year career in a service-based company, he decided to pursue his passion: Real Estate.
He works with both buyers and sellers. As your real estate agent, David will be a fiduciary and advocate for you. He will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, he will work with you to get the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, he will work to provide you with the most current market information to be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
He strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment and to bring a little fun, into every real estate transaction. David will help you realize your Real Estate goals quickly, and understands that buying or selling real estate can be stressful. So, he will work to understand your individual needs, and how best to represent your interests. As a full-time real estate agent, he works hard to lower your stress level. He makes your buying, or selling experience as easy as possible while bringing value to his clients.
In terms of real estate, education is never complete. As a licensed Realtor, I continually invest time, money, and thought into the latest sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques. David is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Arizona Association of REALTORS (AAR) and the West Maricopa Association of REALTORS (WeMAR)
When not assisting clients, David enjoys golf, travel, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and two young boys.
