We moved from Los Angeles to Roseville in 2017 and so very lucky to have met David. He was knowledgeable and had no problems giving us information. We had two little babies at the time and were sometimes late meeting David, but he was always very patient and kind to our family. David and his team were able to close escrow within a month and helped us move in to
our new home right before Christmas. Such a delight working with him. We stay connected through Facebook and he would check in from time to time.

In short, I've known Mr. Hurley for the past 26yrs. I couldn't and wouldn't ask for a more caring, sincere, respectful and honorable person and close friend than David. He is more then all of those qualities, but sometimes words can't be pulled out of your heart and typed or written down on paper. Once you meet David Hurley and have the luck working with him, you will definitely see how he becomes part of your family, as he did mine.

Dave is an incredibly busy individual that somehow, gets back to you within minutes of questions that you may have. You never feel like a burden - he discusses it with you and gives you the time that you need in order for the topic to be settled. Very knowledgable and always there for you!

I worked with David and his team over ten years. He always picks up the phone or sends text quickly. Not sure what to say. Honest guy. Easy to work with. No hassle real estate agent. A breath of fresh air. He helped me with purchasing a property and I had to switch lenders a couple of times and it took longer to close due to my financing but he helped to hold the deal together.
