David Ivy

David Ivy is an experienced real estate broker and investor serving the Austin area. He works with buyers and sellers who want clear advice, careful attention, and steady guidance from the first conversation through to closing.

David began investing in Austin real estate in 2012 while attending graduate school at The University of Texas at Austin. Evaluating property through an investor’s lens helps him think clearly about value, risk, and long-term market dynamics, which benefits both real estate investors and traditional buyers.

In transactions, David is known for an even-keeled approach and meticulous preparation. He guides clients through pricing decisions, negotiations, inspections, and due diligence so they can move forward with confidence.

David has lived in Austin since 2006. He and his wife, Erin, have three children, including twin boys. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing guitar and drums, reading, exploring Austin’s restaurants and bars, and the city’s live music scene.
