Before entering real estate, Dave built his foundation in pharmaceutical sales, where he was trained by some of the top sales professionals in the industry—an experience that shaped his disciplined approach to strategy, negotiation, and client advocacy.

In 2002, Dave founded The Kimbrough Team, which has grown into the most successful real estate team on the Western Slope. In 2025, he expanded that vision by opening The Agency Grand Junction, elevating the local market with a global brand known for discretion, innovation, and exceptional service.

The Kimbrough Team specializes in both residential and commercial real estate throughout Grand Junction and the greater Grand Valley, offering clients a competitive, data-driven advantage in every transaction.
