David Lantzman

David has over ten years of experience in Los Angeles real estate. Born and raised in Southern California, he began his career in private hard money finance, and has since incorporated buyer and seller representation into his skill set. Working in hard money gave David a unique set of tools in navigating Los Angeles’ real estate landscape. Having overseen the completion of hundreds of investment-style transactions, he gained a deep understanding of the overall market, negotiations, construction, and home rehabilitation.

Buyers and sellers can feel comfortable with a respected Realtor who will guide them through the sometimes intimidating aspects of home improvement and maintenance.

In addition to real estate, David is a dedicated musician and music producer. He has toured the U.S., Europe, and Australia with his previous band, The Soft Pack. His current band, Fun Country, is actively performing, recording and releasing original music.
