We are relocating from Connecticut to Virginia. Williamsburg was our initial location of choice. My husband and I could not have found a more professional, knowledgeable, courteous, caring realtor than David. He exceeded our expectations and devoted as much time as we requested which can be tricky when we were traveling from a distance. We highly recommend David Lassiter to anyone looking for a home.

In my opinion finding a new home and looking for a job are the most stressful tasks we all have to do. Although I am still looking, David has been by far the most attentive and helpful of the realtors I have used. He prefers for you to ride along with him so he can learn more about what you are looking for. David is an easy person to be with and being with him seems to ease the stress of the search.

As a lifelong resident of Virginia and specifically Williamsburg, David really knows his stuff! I didn’t feel as if he was wasting my time either with his suggestions to look at on the Internet or during the time we travel from house to house. This is David‘s third or fourth career and it feels as if he saved what he likes best for last. I encourage you to seek out David Lassiter and I look forward to seeing what he comes up with for me over the next two weeks.

David is a professional in every sense of the word, and one who understands people. Coming from a healthcare background, he was able to truly care about our future in our new home, and he helped us to make the smartest decision for our family. He’s analytical, knowledgeable, and very responsive, sometimes texting back regarding a potential home in the later hours of the evening if I so happened to be curious about the status of one. He made the often stressful process of searching for a home, actually pretty damn fun. Since he was born and raised in the area, he also gave tours of various neighborhoods, just to get a sense of the ‘feel’ of the specific area, without being biased. My wife and I recommend him for finding that perfect house, whether you are a first time homebuyer, or a seasoned buyer, he is the man for you.
