He has an incredible team in place and the efficiency of the process was unmatched.......We were able to close a deal within 4 weeks of placing an offer! We are all from different states and they were quick to communicate and responded to our questions, no matter what they were about. They walked us through the entire process and went above and beyond whenever they could. I highly recommend this company if you are having trouble or want someone walk along side through the process. David and Linda recently helped me purchase my first home. I started working with them in December of last year and closed in May.
They provided me expert advice and knowledge from the moment I started brainstorming the kinds of things I would like in my home until closing. The home I ended up buying was one of the first houses they showed me.
They really helped me with the intricacies of house buying that I didn't have any experience with. They were always available whenever I had questions or concerns, and they represented me well on the few occasions when I could not be present due to work.
They were a pleasure to work with and I think they would be an excellent choice for first time home buyers or anyone.
