I've been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers together for over 11 years and am proud to be a part of Pinnacle Estate Properties since 2006.

Before becoming a full time Realtor. I worked as a Premier Banker at Wells Fargo Bank where I learned how to exceed in my customer service by providing the best possible banking experience. In addition, I learned a great deal about financing and banking, including mortgage loans and investments. As an agent, I specialize in first time buyers, new construction, bank owned properties, short sales, multi-family, and commercial properties.

I grew up in Southern California and have been living in the San Fernando Valley for over 10 years which gives me a great knowledge and expertise in the different neighborhoods including all of the gated communities and ideal areas for families looking for properties with great schools.

As a experienced Realtor, it is my job to make the home buying and selling process as enjoyable and smooth as possible. I am very patient with my clients and knows what it takes to find you the perfect house. Also, how you prepare your house for sale to yield the highest possible price in any market.

David was terrific to work with in the selling of our parent's home, and really went the extra mile as I was living out of state and he made it possible for me to avoid returning for any inspections, repairs, etc. Once we found the correct price point for the condition of the home in this neighborhood it was sold quickly, and the process was conducted very professionally and with obvious expertise.
