We worked with David on our first house and now a second house. David has been eager to get things done, even if he has several hoops to get through. He always has a positive attitude and outlook. Both our projects have been outside the norm of just a home purchase and he has made us feel like we are the only clients he has. Couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

He was responsive and also willing to work around our schedules so that we could see all the homes we were interested in seeing.
