I am a licensed real estate broker dba Austin Premium Property Mgt. Co. and I specialize in commercial real estate investments as well as any other needs of the cliental I work with. I work alone due to the many confidentiality agreements I have to sign for clients that I work with. I do not want third parties to know what movements we are making and when. I have been a licensed real estate agent and broker for over 35 years.
1992- present - Worked as commercial real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate. dba Austin Premium Property Mgt. Co. Sales include commercial buildings and land all over Texas including numerous ranch sales from 680 acres to assembly of up to 13,000 +/- acres. I have sold numerous hotels including the 18-story hotel at 500 W 6th twice. I have sold and leased over 200 buildings in Austin and other areas of Texas. I have sold about every use of commercial property including restaurants, bars, retail , industrial warehouse uses , hotels, office, and many other commercial uses. I have sold vacant land zoned and not zoned for investment as well as owner user properties. I have worked extensively with Banks and other financial institutions with foreclosure sales. I have sold high end residential real estate and represented buyers for high in residential real estate at a buyers’ request. Most in the $3,000,000-$8,000,000 + range. I have sold many ranches and several in the 6,000 –18,000-acre range.
I have recently sold and closed over 30 commercial buildings and land in the last 36 months. I have sold vacant commercial tracts as well as improved commercial property. I sold 18 buildings in the Historic East Sixth Street for more than $ 32,000,000 to one Buyer. I sold 13 plus acres and 9 buildings in south Austin off Ben White to one buyer in excess of $22,000,00 which included improved and unimproved commercial real estate. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. I have sold Ranches, Historic Property, Commercial Property, Hotels, Industrial Warehouses, High End residential on request, Property Mgt., leasing and property oversite no accounting services offered. I .will sign confidentiality agreements with clients as necessary.
