David Nicholson

I, David Nicholson, am the older of two boys who were born in Welsh, Louisiana, then we moved to Mobile, Alabama when I was two, then to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of six, and we ended up in Richmond, VA, specifically Henrico County when I was nine years old in 1982. I grew up in the West End of Henrico County. My mom was an Associate Broker in Real Estate, so I grew up in the business. I know the Real Estate business backwards and forward. I attended open houses at the age of ten. I personally went door to door passing out newsletters to help promote my mom's business at the age of ten. Things have changed a lot since the early 80's and I have changed with them. The internet is the fastest and most effective marketing a Realtor can do to promote their houses for sale while promoting themselves. It is amazing how many people I can reach within seconds versus walking door to door with my mom and my younger brother. I am an Associate Broker serving the entire Richmond, Virginia real estate market; including the surrounding counties and communities such as Glen Allen, Henrico, West End, Short Pump, Goochland, Manakin-Sabot, Hanover, Mechanicsville, Chesterfield, and Midlothian.
