David is, simply stated, exemplary and an absolute professional in his work and representation of us as his clients. In everything that it takes to sell and buy a home David went above and beyond. He listened and understood our desires as both sellers and buyers and showcased our home to provide us top dollar in the sale. He ensured the pictures, listing, and home detail information were professional and showcased the offering. In showing us homes to purchase he never wasted our time- he knew what we wanted and price range and sought only the properties that fit our parameters. He made what can be a stressful process easy and enjoyable and was always willing to go the extra mile to champion for us. We average selling and buying a home every 5 years, and our experience with David surpasses all realtors that we have worked with in the past. As fun as he made this, we will select him again and highly recommend David!

David handled the sale of our Scottsdale home and it sold for list price in 48 hours! He does an exceptional job! For all our real estate sales, they sold faster than the average market time in Scottsdale. We have use him for our real estate needs for the past 15 years and are extremely pleased with his service. He is an excellent communicator, proactive in anticipating potential issues and is just great to work with!! One example is the time he invests in preparing a comps package for the buyers appraiser, which has resulted in a current and accurate appraisal for the property. We highly recommend David!

I can't say enough about David. We started working with him 2 years ago when we were first looking for a home. He was recommended to us by several of our friends and colleagues who had worked with him previously. We went through the whole search and purchase process with him before the sale fell through a few days prior to closing due to some issues with the seller. At that point we discovered we were expecting our first child and decided to postpone the house search. We went back and worked with David again the following spring but decided against putting an offer on anything since we didn't find a home that we loved. Last week, after working with David on-and-off for 2 years, we closed on a home we absolutely love! David is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and does a wonderful job of providing you will all of the details you need to make your decision about a property. He's also well respected and liked by all of the various folks we needed to interact with (title companies, seller's realtors, lenders etc). My favorite thing about David is that he is more invested in his clients getting a home they love than making sure he "makes a sale." Throughout our starts and stops he never pushed us to buy and was incredibly gracious when we ended up postponing our search both times. He often said, "I'd rather you walk away from a good house than you end up stuck with a house you're not sure about." At this point he's become a part of our family and if you are searching for a realtor in the Valley, you can't do any better than David. He is exceptional!!

David helped us with the long-distance sale of our home and he couldn't have been more accomodating or helpful! He was our eyes and ears on the ground and a great guide through a semi-complicated negotiation. Not to mention, he was incredibly patient as we prepared the home for the market. This is the second home he's sold for me, and I'd definitely choose him again. He's realistic, practical, and honest (even when you wish he wasn't). Trust me, you'll be in good hands.

My partner and I began the search for our home in January. Our purchase depended upon the sale of our home in another city. David spent countless hours with us between then and when we were finally able to make a purchase in Scottsdale - sometimes looking at 18 - 30 homes over a weekend. He was very patient, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

21 years ago David helped me find my perfect home. His guidance, patience (looking at nearly 20 homes), professionalism and assistance were invaluable.

When I was ready to move again, I of course had to have David’s expertise. Nothing had changed other than perhaps his increased savviness. David prepared a wonderful and completely thorough binder for potential buyers of my home. That’s probably why it sold after the 3rd showing.

David prepared excellent packets for each home we viewed as i searched for the perfect home. After visiting several homes, I again found “my” perfect home. I highly recommend David. You will be happy, he will not disappoint!
