David Parry is a Broker Associate with Sotheby's International Realty. He was President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors® in 2002 and Realtor® of the Year in 1998. Since 1999, he has been a Director of the California Association of Realtors®, and in 2003 was Regional Chair for San Francisco. In 2015 he was Chair of C.A.R.'s Standard Forms Advisory Committee. He was a Director of zipLogix, developers of the forms software, zipForm Plus, from 2000 until just before the company was sold to Lone Wolf. From 2003-07 he was a Director of the National Association of Realtors®, representing San Francisco's 5000 members.
David began selling real estate in San Francisco in 1986 and obtained his Broker's license in 1987. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Systems Analysis, both from UK universities. His prior career was in computer software as a programmer, systems analyst, system designer, project manager, and division manager. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers across the full range of property types found in San Francisco - homes, condos/co-ops/TICs, residential income (2-4 units), investment property (5+ units), and the few developable lots available!
