Couldn't have asked for a better agent experience, and thanks for everything you did for us!

Dave worked with us find houses that fit our criteria and tuned the listings to help us narrow the search to specifically what we were looking for. On top of that, he consistently made himself available for numerous showings until we found the right house for us.

Dave also expertly guided us through offer letter negotiations and the seemingly endless amount of mortgage, appraisal, inspection, closing, and post-closing decisions and caveats. He responded quickly with any question or advice, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire process.

I really enjoyed working with Dave. He gave me lots of places to choose from and never once pressured me into taking something just cuz it would benefit him. And he was very patient with me asking him like lots and lots of questions. I found a place finally and was very very happy. If I ever sell or rebuy I will definitely work with him again. If you're looking for a person to work with, I definitely would recommend him 100%.

Dave is great to work with! He took the time to sit down and get to k of our needs and wants. One thing I really liked was that he set us up with a listing app so we had a better resource to search, and he could give us a good heads up if something he thought we’d like was coming to the market.

Once we had an accepted offer, he was great at managing the paperwork and getting us ready for closing. On top of that, he helped us prepare our old house to list and did a great job with staging and photos to help it sell quickly (4 days!).

He’s easygoing and fun, and he’s got great knowledge on the process. He can also help plan a spectacular garden!

I really enjoyed working with Dave. As a first time home buyer, I was new to the process of home searching, obtaining a mortgage, putting in an offer, and so much more. Dave helped guide me through this process, showing patience and kindness mixed with humor. He helped me move past some of my frustration with the home buying process, and he was able to point me in the direction of a lender that was able to work with me. All of this work and help led to me being able to purchase my first home in exactly the neighborhood I wanted. Our realtor, David, was truly amazing. With having a handicapable persone in a wheelchair within our household, we couldn't just settle for any house and then, plan for remodels later. There are accommodations that are needed upon move in, ie.. you can't make a 90 degree turn from a wheelchair into a bathroom, if the hallway is too narrow to even hit a 45. David surveyed each home, went out of his way with taking measurements and looking at angles to ensure ease of moving around. When we toured homes, he talked through all the pros and cons of each including the landscaping, even advising when trees would have to be removed due to their condition. This could be a significant cost for the buyer, that most wouldn't even be thinking about at the time. He was attentive and prompt with responses to all of our (many) questions, and provided a wide range of home listings for us to review. It's no secret that it's currently a "sellers market", anticipating ups and downs as a buyer is to be expected, especially when you see homes go for almost 15k over asking price. David was great as an advisor and an amazing buyers advocate. In the end, he found us a house that was within our budget and still had everything we needed to call it a home. Thank you so much to David and Weichert Realtors for their outstanding and personable customer service! Some realtors can come off as pushy, just looking to close a deal and receive their commission. David, however, makes you feel like family, with truly your best interests as the focus of the journey.
