Dave really helped me hone in on what I was looking for, and we got it! Most importantly, Dave cares about what was best for me, and he tempered my overeagerness on a number of occasions. I think most realtors would have pressed the gas pedal as soon as a client found a place they loved. But Dave asked pointed questions about the properties and made good observations about issues I was ignorant of or had overlooked. This kept me from making a major mistake. And now I live in a great place with a killer location! Dave helped that become a reality!

We recently moved to Chicago from North Carolina and were overwhelmed with picking the right agent when purchasing our home. We were fortunate to have found Dave. He is a phenomenal agent and immensely professional. Dave was attentive to all our needs and paid attention to little details that only seasoned and experienced agents can do.
From start to finish, Dave showed us properties we were interested in and he stayed on task and budget, and did not push anything on us. He was responsive and attentive and returned phone calls promptly and even took our calls on vacation!
