It has been an amazing experience for my wife and I working with David through the process of purchasing a home in Fl while we were living in PA. We met David in March of 2022 and by the time we close it'll be around March of 2023.......David has gone above and beyond to help us on this journey from finding the right builder to going through the mortgage process and answering any and all questions in between.

Highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, it truly has been amazing. Would highly recommend David he clearly was more interested that we find the right home than closing a deal.

"Expert" realtor David Quinones is the most amazing, thoughtful, and skilled realtor that anyone could have the privilege to be assisted by as well as a fabulous person. Everyone should be lucky enough to be helped by his services and overall mastery. He is beyond expectations to the point you forget he is not a lifelong best friend who only has your interests in mind. You meet few people in life with such quality of aptitude in his field and humanity as a stellar human being, with such an openness to serve only striving for you to achieve your best. To say he was helpful seems to miss just how wonderful he truly is or how much he helped. He ensured we got the house of our dreams and assisted all along the way like a qualified winning coach. Moreover, he was also like our own realtor bodyguard, to establish that we were protected from any problems.

As first time home buyers who had just moved from out of state, we knew the process would be stressful, and knew we needed a good partner to seal a good deal. On every level David provided my fiancé and I 5-star service.

David’s very approachable demeanor combined with his knowledge of the area and the market proved to be a perfect fit for us as new buyers with a whole lot of questions. He also made great recommendations on other business to utilize throughout the process, all of which were professionals with great service as well.

My experience with David was excellent!! Since the first time I contacted him, I knew it was going to be great. I was relocating from NC and when I was ready to go meet him and the area, he was available and made me feel welcome all the time. He listened to my plan and then gave me his professional input and pros and cons. He'll tell you the good, the bad and the ugly, not like a seller, but like someone that cares about his customers. I remember when he told me "I won't put your family where I won't put mine" it felt like a friend talking. Since I was out of state, he did the inspections with the builder and called me on video and always speaking on my behalf. Process went smooth even being out of state. His knowledge and passion in real estate and in Lakeland area is what makes him stands out! It's like he enjoys it...

David was an intricate piece of our relocation plan. We contacted him on January when we made the decision to relocate from Seattle to Lakeland. We spent a month watching YouTube videos of Lakeland. David’s videos were hands down the most informative, personable, and professional. They made us feel excited and welcome to join the “Lakeland Lifestyle”. I reached out by phone and had a response call within an hour. He spent about 30 min answering my questions. I’m from a cold drizzly area with 2 month of nice weather, no crazy critters, and no major storms. He was our partner, and even though we were something like 3,400 miles away he was on top of the listings, he explained neighborhoods strengths and weaknesses against our criteria, and he was honest. We felt very confident. He was extremely accommodating with his time. At no time did he make feel “needy” or “demanding”, though I know I’m spontaneous and I’ll timed, especially being 3 time zones away. We found our dream home within a week of arriving and with his strategic advice we put together a winning proposal and secured the contract. We had only been here in Lakeland for 27 days and we had the keys to our dream home, with a pool😎! Thank you David! We highly recommend David to anyone looking for a home in Lakeland or surrounding areas!

My wife and I traveled from out of state to learn about the Lakeland Florida area. From our online research, we found Lakeland to be quite attractive. However, we want to see the area in person before purchasing a property. David Quinones was amazing. He spent the entire day driving us around Lakeland and western Winter Haven. His title of “The Lakeland Realtor” was proven throughout our day with David. We absorbed his endless knowledge of the Lakeland area as he spoke about the historic district to the various new home developments. We highly recommend working with David for his abundant knowledge of the area combined with his charismatic personality. He makes you feel at home and always extends his availability for future questions/concerns.

David Quinones is an excellent realtor. He was very professional. When I reached out to David, I explained I was looking to relocate from New Jersey to Florida. He understood my time was limited while searching for a home in Florida and spent many hours during several days without making us feel rushed into making a decision.

David suggested we should consider a new construction home based on our needs. He ultimately suggested a builder We wouldn’t have found on our own. We purchased the new construction home. Thanks David for doing such an amazing job! A friend and I were trying to sell his home. He is an older gentleman and we didn't have a clue as where to begin. I prayed for God to send us some help. God sent David. I explained that my friend had to get this matter settled immediately because his was in stage 4 of brain cancer. David started working immediately. He rolled his sleeves up and got the work done. He handled EVERYTHING! we gave him a move out date and David met it. My friend signed his check and the next he was on his way home to Jamaica to be with his son. David was GREAT! I will definitely be using him to the very near future.
