The role of the real estate broker is to guide you through the process and keep the process moving toward a closed transaction. While the timing is not always in our control, I will communicate with you every step of the way.

That team consists of you as a buyer or seller, Your Realtor, the lenders, the other buyer/seller and their Realtor, home inspectors, contractors and Title/ Escrow Officers, as well as the need for legal counsel and the advice of your accountant. We each have a role in bringing this transaction to close with open and honest communication.
