Having a realtor that wants what is best for you, and will work with you to make sure the home you are buying is right for you is hard to find these days. David was an absolute dream to work with. He genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just put us in any home, for the sake of getting a sale. So much so in fact that he willingly put up with my emails and phone calls for 2 years before we got into a home that was exactly what we wanted. I am certain that most other realtors would have pushed me out the door within the first few months after realizing I wasn't going to settle for less than what I wanted and it was going to be a while before they?d be getting their pay out. Having David there to support us through the entire process made looking for our first home fun. His knowledge and experience in the industry made us feel comfortable with him immediately and he was able to answer all the oddball questions we through his way. Competition was heavy in the area where we were looking, and I can say with complete certainty that the only reason we got our home was due to David's professional demeanor, persistence and follow through. Having him as our realtor gave us a huge advantage over the competition and I look forward to working with him again soon!
