Having worked in the real estate sales business since 2005, David served as the Sr. Vice President of Green Light Real Estate, specializing in investment sales, management, and development. During his tenure, the company sold thousands of homes and generated $10M in Gross Commission Income from 2005 to 2008 in Phoenix, AZ. In 2009, he started Homesaver Real Estate, a resale brokerage that focused primarily on listing and negotiating short sales and property management. He sold the company in 2011.
From 2011 to 2015, David contributed to the Rubin Team at Elliman, which was ranked as one of the Top Three Teams by overall transactions, top 10 in commissioned income, and part of the Top 100 Teams in the Nation according to the Wall Street Journal.
