I had the opportunity of working with David on a listing of his in Seattle. The things I appreciated about David was how professional he was throughout the entire transaction. He was responsive and quick to act and you can tell he truly wanted what was best for both the Buyer and the Seller and not all Realtors are like that. I can't wait to work with David again on another deal. Keep up the good work.

Very successful strategy during COVID times::
My wife and I were encouraged by our realtor (David Sabban) to be open book when selling our quirky house in order to streamline negotiations and expedite the sale. He recommended getting a thorough and professional PreInspection Report (from Home Base Home Inspections in our case), which was shared with prospective buyers and got them to get serious in their consideration and (hopefully) make an offer. Mr. Sabban’s strategy lead to a bidding war - to our benefit! Moreover, his communication was key, as this took place in May of the COVID-19 crisis— the seriousness of which also received David’s attention to detail. We will certainly be requesting David and his team’s services again when buying the next house. Thank you, Sir!
