Purchasing your first home or property can be a scary and stressful thing, but having the right realtor can make it all easy and exciting. After having trouble with my first realtor being extremely unresponsive and unwilling to help guide me through the process as well as show houses I was interested in, I decided it was time to find a new realtor. This is when I was recommended to reach out to Dave Stead from an old family friend.

I can’t begin to describe how much of a difference it was having Dave help me find the house I was looking for. Not only was Dave extremely professional throughout the process, he was also full of knowledge in the field and in the area of Worcester where I was looking. In a market where houses continued to go fast and only remain listed for short periods of time, having Dave be able and willing to present new listings, jump on showings, or put in offers, I knew he was setting me up for success.

In just a short time, I was able to close on my first ever home and am now comfortably moved in and loving every minute of it! I can’t thank Dave and his team enough, and for anyone in the central MA area looking to buy a property, whether it is a single family home for yourself, a 2-4 unit multi-family investment property, or just land itself, I can only and will only recommend Dave Stead to anyone and everyone moving forward!

Dave was recommended to me by my cousin's realtor in NC. I have not had any experience buying or selling homes and he worked with me to make sure I understood the process. Dave was readily available when I needed to start the process of getting the house ready and listed, and whenever I hit a speed bump, he had a local's knowledge of who could help me accomplish what I needed to get done. With his advice and marketing strategy, the house was listed on a Monday and I accepted an offer the following Monday. He was my eyes and ears on the scene for the portion of the time that I was commuting back and forth between states, and arranged and organized all the little details that are required to get a house to closing and I am ever so grateful of the job that he did.

I have worked with Dave twice, first as a buyer and next as a seller for my property in Worcester MA. He is a true gem. Incredibly responsive, hard working and dedicated to the goals of his clients. Provided excellent recommendations for wonderful local services (landscaping, repair, housekeeping). I now live out of state and I wish I could take him with me! He is by far my #1 recommendation for a realtor in this area and I will be referring him to all my family and friends!!

My fiance and I worked with Dave over the course of a year to find what turned out to be our dream home. The price point we were looking at was a very competitive market, and Dave was extremely patient with us. He has answers to all the many questions we had, and when we needed him to reach out on our behalf he always stepped up to the plate. He worked with us to find the perfect house and we could not be happier. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a great asset to have in your corner. We cannot say enough great things about him, and highly recommend working with him.
