About David

David Theobald was young and uneducated, and the agent was happy to whisk me blindly along to my first home purchase. She allowed me to overpay for a house in an inflated market in 2002. David was just a number to pad her stats for the month, he was her ATM, and he never heard from her again. He is still paying for that monetary loss, and the frustration of that mistake is a huge reason David is enthusiastic about helping others avoid the same mistakes. Real estate experiences can be better than that! Clients are too important to be pushed through like robots. He loves homes and has been deep into them since high school. He has built them from the ground up and remodeled 140-year-old homes. David and his wife are privileged to be property owners of several properties in East St. Paul. They are in the business of helping people transition well. When David is not selling homes, he is often home with his wife and three kids trying to dream up some sort of adventure with them. They enjoy a good road trip in their old RV, simple living, and a close community of friends. David loves dogs but does not own one.
