We had not moved in many years, and David helped us every step of the way, suggesting reasonable updates and workmen who could quickly execute those. The photographs of our home were fabulous on line, netting us a lot of attention. When our house sold, (within an expected amount of time and price range!) we learned that the process was far from over; there was still much to do and David walked us through all of it. David and his staff are amazing. I was considering moving and wanted to explore my options. After researching realtors I made an appointment with David. Best decision ever. He came on time and well prepared. He toured my house, made a few suggestions and showed me the comparables for my neighborhood. He was very laid back and not n the least been pushy. 2 months later I called him form my other home and asked him to please list my home.It was incredible, he staged my house,walked me through electronic signing and had it listed in just a few days. Four days later he called me with a very reasonable offer. I didn't have to do anything - he and his staff dd it all, He also kept me updated every step of the way. All I had to do was go back to supervise the move.
Best selling experience I've ever had and I have sold over 12 homes. I highly recommend David to anyone who wants to sell their home.

I would recommend David without hesitation. Being out-of-state buyers it was critical for us to connect with a Realtor that we could trust completely. David took the time to get to know our family and understand our priorities. He was responsive and accessible throughout the process. Where do I even start!? David and Andrea are real estate superheroes! My husband and I had a very short timeline to work with between selling our former home and moving to Scottsdale for my husband’s new job. David was on it! He helped us navigate a tough market where homes were selling within days, sometimes even within hours, of being listed. When we finally found “the one” we were competing with several other offers. David used his expertise to showcase us as the best offer, and we ended up getting the home. With that said, he helped us stay level headed and always had our best interest in mind while we went back and forth with the seller late into the evening.

Once the deal was done David could have easily said thank you very much, have a nice day, but he didn’t. He helped set up multiple appointments, including contractors, window replacement and coverings, etc. He even went to the appointments on our behalf, because we still hadn’t moved. Oh, and he personally went out to the house and sprayed for weeds, so we wouldn’t get in trouble with the HOA! If that’s not above and beyond I don’t know what is!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with David and Andrea. Like I said, they’re basically real estate superheroes!

Dave and his RTT Home Group are absolutely amazing. I'm relocating with work and was referred to Dave and my experience has been nothing but positive. Called Dave and told him the area I was looking at and that day he sent me listings; the next day we met and started looking at homes finally making an offer on the last home we viewed. Dave and team took care of everything from referring a competitive mortgage company, inspection and title company. Issues were discovered on the inspection and his insight and recommendations significantly reduced my concerns and he was able to resolve immediately. David was referred to us as we started our journey to relocate from Minnesota to Arizona. The market is crazy, that we all know! We had to sell and close on our house in MN before we could attempt to make an offer on anything here. Once that was completed, David hit the ground running! We spontaneously came down to Arizona for a weekend thinking we would just look at areas and David had cleared his weekend to show us houses from Phoenix to Peoria to Mesa and back! David knows his way around the valley- East, West and everything in between. David pulled out all the stops, finding houses that hadn’t even hit the market yet. Because of the craziness of the market, we ended up putting offers on two houses (here’s where the magic happens). BOTH offers were accepted!! Once we made a decision on which house we wanted, David and his team made the transaction easier than could have ever been expected. His communication and availability was impeccable, something I greatly appreciated- especially living in two different time zones. I never imagined buying a house while living over 1,200 miles away could be so seamless. David was easy to work, very knowledgeable about the market and the area. After our closing, he even bought 19- yes NINETEEN boxes of cookie dough to help our daughter hit her fundraising goal! I can’t express how professional, thorough, thoughtful and hardworking, David Tucker is in a review. You really have to experience it in person to appreciate not only what an excellent real estate agent he is but the kind of person he is. I’ve worked with David buying and selling 3 homes and renting one. He had nothing to do with the rental but contacted the owner to get the lockbox open so I could see the place. He had nothing to gain by doing this. Essentially, he has become a great friend. He bends over backwards for his clients. There are millions of real estate agents out there but it’s hard to find a gem like David.
He sent me this message this morning, I was at your house at 6 this morning with my plumber to install a new garbage disposal as a thank you. If I could give David more than 5 stars, I would.
