Born and raised in Ipswich, Massachusetts, David Wallace has immersed himself in communities throughout the North Shore and Southern Maine over the last 30 years. He has consistently advocated for others in both his personal and professional life volunteering his time as a youth football coach, union steward, and performing community mission service. He has built a reputation for being trustworthy, reliable, and responsive to those who know him best.
David brings old-school values of hard work, resilience, and dedication to every challenge he embraces. He has developed a keen eye for detail from his many years working in the print media field. As his union’s steward, he has spent the last fifteen years finding sensible solutions to sometimes complex issues serving as a facilitator, mediator, and labor negotiator between management and his many colleagues.
David and his family have owned several homes; therefore, he recognizes the unique challenges facing buyers and sellers alike.
