I worked with David and Jared in this difficult market to find a home that would suit my family.
We looked at many types of homes all over the map from fixer-upper farmettes in the country to new homes in the burbs and older urban homes.
At some point I expected they would give up and concentrate on more "serious" buyers. They were very patient and after many last minute showings and hours on the phone, remained responsive and professional.
They know the market well, provided candid feedback about the homes and always followed-up right away.
Thanks to their market expertise, quick feedback and persistence, I closed on my new home 7/1 just in time to enjoy the holiday weekend and could not be more pleased.

Update: I just closed on another property with David Wissler and he was instrumental in making the deal come together. He went above and beyond, even using his contacts with the mortgage company to expedite delays we were experiencing. His knowledge and connections in the community helped save a bunch of money on work that needed to be done even after the property closed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use David again for future purchases or sales.

I found David by chance as he was a listing agent for a property I wanted to check out. I totally lucked out because he turned out to be fantastic. I just recently closed on great place with his help and he truly made the whole process a painless and enjoyable experience. He is very professional, proactive and great at communicating. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with David Wissler. From beginning to end he was always available to walk us through the next step. His professionalism, experience and care for his clients and community were evident in all our interactions. As first-time homebuyers, going into a hot real estate market and having very little knowledge about buying a home, we were a little nervous but David Wissler made us feel safe and at ease. He was honest and upfront with every house we saw and he never made us feel any pressure to buy but patiently answered all our questions.
When it was time to buy, David was a Rock Star. He knew exactly what we needed to do to get the home we wanted. He walked us through what kind of offer we needed to make and even took the time to present a letter to the sellers on our behalf. David was like our family man on the “inside”. His professional approach secured us our home, with no negotiations and no bidding war but he didn’t stop there. David was with us each step of the way through our mortgage loan process as well. He answered any question we threw at him with professionalism and grace. David Wissler is the man to have on your side when it comes to real estate.

My husband and I were a bit hesitant to jump into this very competitive real estate market, we by chance stumbled upon one of David’s listings and I’m grateful that led to the opportunity to work with him. David is a true seasoned professional when it comes to his trade. When he is your realtor he really gives 100% at all times. David was always a phone call away and would schedule same day showings for us for any property we were interested in looking at. Not only would he rearrange his schedule to show us locations he would come prepared with researched information to discuss with us during the showing as well as provide insight whether the property was the perfect fit for us, this was reassuring because we never felt pressured to buy from David. When we finally found our forever property David helped us place the most competitive offer and then took care of all the hassle of the back end paperwork. David also referred us to several builders in the area who were equally as knowledgeable. When it came to settlement it was such an easy transition David ensured the entire process was stress free.

After finding our new property it was time to sell our current house. David exceeded our expectations when it came to listing our house he had a professional photographer come out and take photos really show casing everything our house had to offer. David was understanding of our schedules for showings due to our animals and was able to accommodate the showings with potential buyers. We listed on a Thursday evening and David presented us with several very competitive offers all over asking price Sunday evening the very same week. David was able to provide insight on all the offers and helped us select the one that would best benefit us. When it came to being on the selling end David was equally accommodating handling everything on the back end and was always a phone call away. We settled on Friday and are thrilled at what we received for our property.

David is the whole package! We chose David online as we began our journey to move across the country from Colorado to Pennsylvania. I chose David after interviewing 3 other realtors including a friends recommendation from the area. David was the first to actually call me instead of just email which  I knew would be important having to communicate long distance. David brought all of his knowledge about Lancaster and PA real estate, and was not hesitant to bring us up to speed in this unfamiliar to us place. David always had our best interest in mind and was always thinking into our future as well. I was very impressed when David brought my attention to another part of town that had great schools even though I only told David children will be in our future, he brought that to my attention even though it was not part of my concerns at the moment. David is genuine and humble and truly offers his full attention. Lastly David was able to help us narrow down and find a home in less than a weeks time span and he got everything right the first time and continued to be on top of every deadline and communication until we arrived. David also went above and beyond directing me to the proper utility and city services, and local businesses to get settled in as a transplant into our new property.
