I can't stress enough how awesome David has been during our first home sale. My wife and I were a nervous wreck for 2 years because we thought we were living in a home that we could not manage or sell. We spoke to David and he told us about how AWESOME our house is and how quickly he could sell it. It was almost too good to be true. He delivered on everything he said and far exceeded every expectation we had of him and our home selling process. He helped us work through the tough times and fought for us even when he didn't have to. He truly cared about our situation and our sale, and we never got the feeling that he was just looking to make money off of us. We made all of the money we had into the house back and enough to get us into a brand new house, with a boat load of cash to spare. We are super happy and plan to use him in all of our real estate transactions in the future!
