Dawn has over 20 years in Corporate America with AT&T, Cox Communications and The University of Phoenix as an Upper-Level Manager. She have managed and trained teams of employees in sales, customer service and project management with single teams of 30-300 at one time. She has lead process improvement teams and problem solved issues that have saved the company money.
