I worked with Dawn for over a year to find my home. Purchasing a house solo was a scary thought, but Dawn guided me through the entire process and answered my ENDLESS questions. Dawn provided me with the perfect amount of honesty, knowledge, and motherly support I needed. I have stayed in contact with Dawn since moving in and would highly recommended her to anyone looking for a realtor. I don't plan to move anytime soon, but when I do, I know who to call :)

When I decided to sell my house, Dawn was the choice for she has been a friend for many years. She stated on our initial meeting, that she offhand will treat me like she just did with her own mother.
After a long, arduous process, sell was accomplished, gratefully through Dawn’s guidance, and I was very positive we made the good decision to have her.
Dawn is equipped with knowledge of marketing concepts, staging, pricing and preparations. She explained contracts, process, and how to overcome difficulties and complicated regulations.
