Dawn Cromer

Dawn’s strength in real estate stems from her time as an elite track and field athlete and coach at UVA. Through this experience, she developed an unparalleled work ethic, a high level of dedication, and an uncompromised commitment to excellence; expertise that she now applies to her real estate practice and building her team.

Through providing the most current market insight, technologically advanced tools, and innovative negotiating skills, Dawn consistently meets or exceeds her clients' goals and expectations. Growing up in a military family exposed Dawn to diverse cultures and locations throughout the world. However, Dawn is delighted to have planted her roots permanently in Charlottesville upon graduating from UVA with her BS and MEd in 2003. Since then, she married her college sweetheart and they have three exuberant children.
