Dawn has been wonderful to work with since day one of our house-hunting adventure, which began over four years before we bought our home! From the start it was clear she was interested in us finding the right place, at the right time for us, even if it wasn’t always convenient. She was happy to drive all over the place with us looking at homes that would come up, and then after we would ghost her for a few months and then suddenly text about a new place we wanted to see, she was incredibly helpful at making it happen.

When we would visit potential homes, Dawn would always offer an honest assessment, and she would notice things we wouldn’t necessarily see—both the good and the bad of a house for sale. I was encouraged by how quick she was to point out that a home repair or troubling condition might be too costly for us to deal with. She never pushed us to take a home that really wasn’t a great fit.

Dawn is a selfless professional, always willing to support us from the start to the end, and she’s been kind to put up with all the changes in our lives and our finances and interests have changed with them. When we needed direct intervention and support, she offered it; when we needed time to reassess and deal with other parts of life, she respected that. Her knowledge of the difficult and ever-changing market where we live helped us make a successful offer that I believe was fair both for us, and for the sellers.

Now that we’ve finally moved into our new home, I’m so grateful to Dawn for helping us through all the unexpected changes of the last four years. She was in it with us for the long haul, from the beginning. I highly recommend Dawn’s professional services, but I also know that she is an incredible person, and she will always prioritize the human over the sale. She helped make a very difficult goal possible for us, and I know she would do the same for anyone else.

Dawn created the best home buying experience for us! We couldn't be more thankful for her kindness and thoughtfulness to every detail and moment. Being first time homebuyers and new parents (to a 2 month old), the process should have seemed overwhelming, but it wasn't, thanks to Dawn! She responded quickly to questions we had and has continued to communicate with us even after we bought our home. She said several times she would be here for us even after our home closed, and we truly believe she means that. Dawn would send us cards along the way to congratulate us on certain milestones, like when our offer was accepted. It's little things like that that mean a lot. She never treated us like we were strictly clients, but she truly cared about us and helping us find our first family home. We will be working with Dawn in the future, I'm sure, and will always recommend her to others.

Working with Dawn to sell our home in Oregon was a great experience. Dawn was incredibly responsive in regards to communication and to our needs. She helped us arrange contractors for the work that needed to be done at the house before listing and was honest about what did and did not need to be done in order to be ready to sell. Throughout the whole process Dawn was extremely attentive to our needs and quite honestly went above and beyond what we expected. We would certainly work with her again if we were buying or selling in the Corvallis/Albany area.

Working with Dawn was incredible! As first time home buyers, we greatly appreciated how honest and patient she was with our (seemingly) endless questions. She was incredibly professional, well-organized, punctual, knowledgeable, and responsive. She always ensured that we could see homes quickly and at times that accommodated our schedules. In this market, we also appreciated how positive yet up-front and realistic Dawn was - she listened to our wants and needs, was forthcoming with information but was never pushy, and really helped us navigate the Corvallis housing market. Dawn helped us find the perfect home for us that was within our budget and in one of top choice neighborhoods! We couldn't be happier.

We also felt like Dawn would go the extra step to really make the home buying process easy and enjoyable - responding quickly to texts and calls, organizing contractors, getting us quotes for work that needed to be done on the home, providing thoughtful notes of encouragement along the way, etc. The entire time we worked with Dawn we felt like she had our best interest in mind, was there to support us, and made home buying a breeze! It was truly a pleasure working with Dawn - we cannot recommend her enough!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Dawn. We are first time home owners and she was so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cared about us. Our home buying process was so smooth and when there were small hiccups, Dawn made sure she did all she could to smooth those bumps and explained everything to us so clearly. I didn't feel anxious at all and knew she would take care of us. Whenever we had questions, I would either shoot her a text or email and she'd respond quickly. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again, we will definitely go back to Dawn!

Dawn is absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers we were looking for a personalized and guided experience, which we definitely had. She was happy to share her wealth of knowledge at every house tour and didn’t shy away from being honest about future work needed on homes and always protected our interests. She has been incredible at coordinating with contractors, electricians, etc, to get us quotes and even scheduling work. She is extremely well connected. She’s also just the sweetest and obviously really cares and wants her clients to feel comfortable and find what they are looking for! Dawn was absolutely amazing to work with. We were first-time home buyers, and she was both quick and responsive, as well as incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Despite the incredibly competitive and rapid churn of the housing market in the Eugene area, she was able to get us showings to multiple homes we were interested in despite tight deadlines and timing, and helped us draft a successful bid that was competitive while still being comfortably within our budget, all in a fraction of the time we had anticipated given the local market. Dawn was an absolute joy to work with, and we'd definitely recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Willamette Valley!

My spouse and I worked with Dawn to purchase our first home, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! Dawn is an absolutely lovely human being who truly has the best interests of her clients at heart. She is thoughtful, responsive, and really knows the market well. Since this was our first home purchase, my spouse and I didn't know a lot about buying property, and Dawn walked us through everything with care. I was worried we'd feel lost or embarrassed to not know as much about real estate as other people, but Dawn was always affirming and kind and was happy to answer all of our questions. She was a wonderful guide through the house buying process, and with her help, we were able to feel confident about viewing, offering on, and finally purchasing our first home! This whole process could have been very scary for us as first time buyers and we could have been very confused and made a lot of mistakes, but with Dawn's support and care, the entire process ended up being very fun and rewarding instead! Dawn is really a gem and you are missing out if you don't ever have the opportunity to work with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We were referred to Dawn by a family member and had our first meeting over the phone as we were moving from out of state. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the Valley. We had a lot of questions and she spent time getting to know us. She was very diligent in presenting us properties that met our goals. She was highly responsive to our questions and so patient as it took six months of house hunting for us to find the perfect home. That is when Dawn sprang into action! She negotiated a very fair price for us and fought for us through inspection items. She managed a lot of the stress for us and has now become a very dear friend. She is dedicated, hard working and refreshingly honest. I appreciated her being upfront with us on timelines, property conditions and prices in our areas. Sold our first home with Dawn in 2018. I have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for her. We had quite the whirlwind experience when it came to our buyers, appraisal, and overall timeline and Dawn made us feel supported, like she had our back no matter what. She is easy to talk to, dependable, and will put in the work to make you feel like you’re heard and taken care of. Worth mentioning that she has a lot of experience working with a variety of sellers/buyers and that was really helpful when we were going into selling our first home blind.
