Dawn was really the glue for our moving and selling process. We worked with her almost a year in advance to get everything that we needed in preparation for our move and was just a fantastic advocate for us all the way through.

We encountered some crazy situations and even after the sale of our home she was there for it all. I could not recommend her enough for her professionalism, kindness and willingness to help through any obstacle!

Dawn is problem solver. Nothing stops her! Even when the buyer became a challenge with securing funding and pushed out closing Dawn was on the phone and giving me updates always keeping me informed of next steps.
