Dawn is hands down the BEST! After our search for a home to rent we found Dawn several years ago. After deciding not to move at that time I decided I would keep her information handy for when the day would finally come and it would be time for us to purchase our 1st home. After a couple of years we reconnected with her and requested her to join us on the journey of finding my Mom her 1st home, after several requirement changes, the search in all different areas, and what seemed like well over 100 houses she found the ideal house for her (still while remaining patient with all of the demands lol) After she was all settled in and a couple of years later it was our turn! I can’t say our list was any less demanding but again she remained patient, answered all of my texts and calls immediately, and fought hard for us. The level of care, dedication, and knowledge she has is truly remarkable and I would never trust anyone else to go on that journey with. She has become apart of our family and most recently helped my younger brother and his fiancé purchase their 1st home. 10 out of 10 the best!

Dawn is AWESOME! She helped us find our forever home. Moving from another state, we had not met Dawn until the day she showed us some homes. However, we had talked on the phone several times. When we sent Dawn a list of homes to see, Dawn asked if she could take us to a home that she thought we would like and was not on our list. We started there. The house was amazing and the only one we needed to see. Her ability to find us a home that was perfect for us after on talking on the phone is a true gift.
