As first time homebuyers in a challenging market, we really appreciated Dawn’s expertise through the whole process. Though we really only looked at a couple homes, we found exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to Dawn’s guidance I feel confident that we made the best possible offer without overpaying, which is tricky currently with homes going for so much over listing. We were searching in a vast area for a home. As some realtors we worked with wouldn't travel the distance needed to show us a house, our home search was challenging. Then we found dawn through a property we were interested in and the rest is history. She traveled from Buffalo to Jamestown to help find us a home. The experience was wonderful and hassle free. She was very responsive and always answered any questions along the way. Best realtor in the area.

Dawn really puts her heart and soul into finding the right place for you. She won't accept any rating lower than a 10! If you don't think the property is a 10 then move on and keep looking. When people think they can just buy and sell them selves they don't realize all the leg work that goes into promoting, showing, open houses etc. We are inconvenienced for 1 week (which BTW in the worst week of your life at the time, lol)
We found our forever home and received 38 offers on our current home and that made all worth it in the end!

While searching for a home over the past year , year and 1/2 I have been in contact with many realtors but none have seem to be able to find what I was looking for and could not get the job done . We then found dawn. When dawn became our realtor she has done nothing but went above and beyond ! Dawn was not only helpful in the house hunting processing but was their for us to answer any questions wether it was about a mortgage or how to fix a home .Dawn has made This “stressful process” a not so stressful one .
