After making her mark in the vibrant advertising world, Dawn ventured to New York’s Capital District, where she found success in radio advertising sales with WGNA-FM. However, with a desire for new challenges and a change of pace, she made a pivotal decision. On one hand, Dawn delved into the realm of rental property management, dedicating more than a decade to honing her skills. On the other, she embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding her own concierge car care service and brokerage in 2005, with dedicated clients under her care to this day. A multifaceted approach, centered around providing attentive care and exceptional service, forms the bedrock of her clients’ loyalty and is a testament to the VIP-level customer experience she brings to Armida Rose.

In 2019, Dawn made another significant move by becoming a licensed Realtor.
