Dawn Nicolaisen

I am a native of Orange County and my family has been in the area more than 65 years.

I am a wife and mother of two kids in the Newport-Mesa school district. I enjoy volunteering for school activities and organizations. Our family loves to explore all of the wonderful things that Orange County has to offer from tide pools and beaches to fine arts and restaurants. It is a great place to live!

With a strong sense of community comes a desire to give back. In order to do that my team and I volunteer for charity events and contribute our earnings to support local community causes including ending homelessness and supporting children's charities.

I have a BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA in Business from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining L3 I was a Marketing Executive for Fortune 500 financial and software companies. I have won numerous awards including ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ and ‘Best Webpage’ from the American Business Awards.

I joined The L3 Real Estate because I enjoy helping people reach their financial goals. L3 has allowed me to do this with the highest level of customer service and ethics in the industry.
