With over 20 years of real estate experience, Dawn Pfaff is the real estate broker of Simon Gray Realty. As an appraiser, real estate broker, investor, instructor of license law, and the president of NY State MLS and My State MLS Dawn believes in helping people find the right property for their needs. In addition to working with buyers and sellers from every angle of real estate, Dawn also consults with the industry on methods of investing in real estate and how to get the best return while holding wealth in property. Dawn is Licensed as a real estate broker in both New York and Florida. Dawn is also a certified appraiser and understands how to value all property types and has a specific grasp on both local markets and the overall real estate market, including the financing aspects of real estate.

Dawn is also a champion for affordable housing and has worked with many agencies such as Section 8 and DSS to help place people in homes that they can afford.
