Dawn was extremely helpful in assisting my daughter buy her first house. My daughter had never gone through the process before and was understandably nervous and hesitant. Dawn found her a townhouse that was a) in my daughter's price range but b) was dated and had been left in a bad aesthetic condition by previous renter(s). Dawn worked with both sides over about a month to secure a contract that both parties could live with.

We initially thought we were looking anywhere within the next 6 months/1 year, (not an absolute hurry), but we said sooner would be better! She made herself available at my convenience to spend several hours at a time on multiple days to show me properties. My husband and I were in the process of looking for a new home when I met Dawn. Initially we were going to upgrade to a newer home but later decided to build.
Dawn was able to assist me with this process from beginning to end. I thought that with building a home we wouldn’t need a Realtor but Dawn was able to assist with things I would of never thought of asking about.
Dawn attended the initial meetings with the sales team and was available throughout every step of the process included the final walk through; asking questions and pointing out things that me and my husband would have never thought to ask.
We plan to continue working with Dawn when we’re ready to sell our first home.

When we started this process of looking for a house to purchase, we were talking to a different realtor. From the beginning we didn't feel comfortable and decided to change realtors.
