Dawn Young was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her. Her responsiveness was incredible. The delivery of information was straightforward. She presents the info and talks about pros/cons and strategies for moving forward. She really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property – she looks out for you and has your best interests in mind during the whole process. Her promptness, knowledge, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again, she WILL be the only agent I contact.

Dawn Young is a one-of-a-kind real estate agent. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent the entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Dawn Young does it, however I will be forever grateful for her and her exceptional service in making my dream come true as a new home owner.

Dawn went above and beyond every time!!! She handled aspects of the deal well beyond her scope of the agreed services to ensure the closing of the deal!! When the management company was unresponsive to the requests of the attorney’s, she jumped in to get the necessary paperwork the night before the closing. When the sellers agent impatiently stalked us for a signed agreement Dawn gave him a very patient response that eased their concerns. When the attorney made promises he didn’t not keep Dawn offered her own time and effort to accommodate me. She put me first at all times as her client in order to close the deal!! Besides wanting what was best for me as her client it never felt like Dawn went the extra mile only for the benefit of her commission. She genuinely finds self gratification in seeing happy clients. Whether buying or selling real estate big or small, you are very likely to get a top notch level of service because she really cares.
