Deanna Evans

North Carolina is Deanna’s home, and she loves helping people make it theirs! The first home she ever owned was a tree house. Imagine--a "homeowner" at the tender age of three! By age five she had moved to Chapel Hill and by age six she was selling vegetables from her parents' garden---going door to door in the neighborhood. The older couples thought that was cute and rewarded her generously. In one summer, she earned enough to buy a bicycle, and develop a taste for sales. Today, her love for North Carolina, real estate, and sales inspires her as she helps people buy a home that is exactly right for them or sell a home when they are ready to move on. Along with her early sales career in vegetables, she attended school in Chapel Hill, then played Division I soccer and earned a Marketing degree from UNC Wilmington, graduating with Honors. Moving to Raleigh to work with the Carolina Courage soccer team led to her first "real" home ownership. When the WUSA league suspended operations three years later, she moved to Charlotte to do marketing & advertising for the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats and the WNBA's Charlotte Sting. She fell in love with the vibrancy of Charlotte and made it her home. In 2006 she left the professional sports arena to launch her Real Estate career. Selling homes has a lot in common with playing sports; always keeping an eye open for changes in the field, teamwork and excellent communication with people, diligence, challenging work, and enjoying the process. In 2013 she partnered together with Holly Kimsey. Together they run one of the top teams in the Carolinas Region and are proud to be part of the largest Real Estate firm in the Country.
