Debbie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon but she was a wannabe Californian most of her young life. As an adult, Debbie chose Sacramento to be her forever home. She loved the welcoming, generous spirit of the people as well as the amazing weather, trees, gardens and Rivers. Debbie met and married her architect husband, Dennis Greenbaum. Together they support the American River Parkway, St. John's Shelter, Soil Born Farms, Fairytale Town, Wellspring Women's Center, Muttville Senior Dog Rescue and foster and rescue senior dogs. Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Portland State University.
