Debbie is absolutely an amazing real estate agent!! I had the privilege of working with Debbie recently on a transaction and it was by far one of the best experiences I've had working with another agent. As the listing agent on the home, she was on top of things from beginning to the end. Do yourself a favor and hire Debbie if you care about your overall well being during any real estate transaction.

LONG VERISION :
I rarely leave Google reviews, however, for Debbie I had to make an exception. I am not an easy customer to please, I am tightly wound, incessant, and am VERY particular especially when it comes to the biggest investment me and my wife have ever made. That said Debbie managed all aspects of the sale and purchase in an incredibly precise and professional manner while alleviating the stress that comes along with any real estate deal. She is VERY good at what she does. If you like your money high and blood pressure low, use Debbie. THANK YOU DEBBIE!

I don't like sales people and avoid them at all costs. Having said that, I must take it all back after dealing with Debbie. My wife and I had lots of discussions when trying to decide if we should downsize, sell our house and acreage and move into town. We thought about FSBO and then thought against it. We got a hold of Homelight who sent us four names and all but Debbie were high pressure. She listed our house at an agreed upon price and it sold in two days. Then she found us a great house in a great neighborhood and we have been grateful ever since. We highly recommend her and can tell you that you won't go wrong with Debbie.

Debbie has worked with us on several real estate transactions in the last 7 years, and she is always gotten the job done when I believe others could not. Her vast years of experience and connections allows her to complete tasks and transactions that I feel other real estate agents would not be able to do. On our last real estate experience with Debbie, a day before the listing was to happen, I asked her if she would back away from the transaction because my son was selling his house to a family member. And we did not need her assistance. I believe most agents would have insisted upon the commission, but she said that our relationship was more important than money. I would not hesitate to call her for your real estate needs. I know I will be using her again as my agent.

Debbie and her team were instrumental in not only selling our home in Emmett, ID, but in assisting in the purchase of our "now" home in Weiser, ID.
She constantly kept us updated on every move of both sale and purchase.
