Debbie Marable prides herself in making her clients feel comfortable and confident as they move forward with the choices involved in real estate transactions. What Debbie enjoys most about her job is getting to help people with some of the most important decisions in their lives. She has been building relationships with her clients for the seven years she has been an agent. Her business now thrives on referrals from satisfied customers, many of whom have become dear friends.

Debbie brings a unique knowledge of the local real estate market to her clients as she has lived in the area for most of her life, in various Virginia Beach and Chesapeake neighborhoods. She spent her school years in the Virginia Beach City Public school system and raised two children who went through both Chesapeake and Virginia Beach schools.

Debbie’s former position as Corporate Controller has given her not only extensive experience in problem solving and working through sometimes stressful situations, but it has helped her fine-tune her understanding of the importance of budgeting. She helps her clients not only find the perfect house, but the perfect house for their budget.
