Debbie Meyer really went above and beyond for us. She helped us find a home we love. She was so easy to work with and we feel so lucky to have had her as our agent. Any time we had a question or were interested in a property, Debbie was on it. She was so quick when responding to us and always remained just so friendly and helpful. When we ran into issues with the house immediately after closing, Debbie didn't just stop helping because her job was done... she helped us even after the closing to communicate with the seller's agent and provide us with the proper channels to have everything resolved. USAA Mover's Advantage connected us with Debbie and she helped us every step of the way. She helped us find a great home for our family and at a price we didn't think we would be able to get. She went above and beyond on every level - negotiating the best contract for us, arranging our inspection, finding us a cleaning service, checking on the property after closing when we were still in Germany. Debbie facilitated a difficult sale involving sellers who lived out of state, a house in need of some repairs, and occupied by a renter. We sent an email to 3 potential agents through a 3rd party website and Debbie was the only agent who took the time to contact us. We then setup showings near Omaha with Debbie and showings near Lincoln with another agent. We spent an entire day with Debbie. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable about the house-buying process and was patient enough to answer all my questions day and night. Signing documents was made very easy with the Docusign option. I am a night shift worker, so it would have been near impossible to go into an office during regular business hours to sign the required documents. I love that Debbie's husband is an Inspector. I felt like she had a great sense of what should be looked at in prospective homes and they work as such a great team when it comes to the home inspection. I would like to add that I did not feel obligated in any way to use her husband's company for the inspection... But I am so glad we did. I felt very comfortable asking Debbie questions about basic homeownership without the fear of being judged for asking a stupid question. This is my first house and trust me... I sure had a lot of questions. I was concerned that since Debbie is based out of Bellevue, that she may not be the most knowledgeable on Omaha/Millard. I was completely wrong. She has a lot of experience with all areas in Omaha; I was very impressed. Additionally, Debbie was fantastic about getting back to me promptly and taking quick action to write up any offers we wanted on properties. Debbie is a wonderful agent and super personable. Through the home buying process, she met my entire family and was very kind and respectful. With one house we looked at buying, she had to deal with a rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced bully of an agent from another broker. She handled herself professionally and was still respectful to the other agent even if they were not respectful to her. At closing, Deb gave us a valet keychain with the keys to our first house. We had our first child a few days after closing and Deb send us a baby gift as well. It was gestures like this that really made us feel special to her and we will definitely recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a house. Debbie is a outstanding realtor I would recommend her to anybody that is looking for a house or to rent. This is one of the first houses I wanted to look at but my first realtor kept turning us down and telling us it was not a VA excepted house which we end up contacting Debbie and we got to see it a few weeks later and this is the house we bought. I would recommend her to anybody I would recommend her to my family my friends and my coworkers she does a outstanding job and she usually shows you the house within a fairly timely matter she also contact you with other houses even when when we closing on the house.
