Debbie Monceaux

Debbie is a top producing agent at Klemm Real Estate and in the Central Valley. She has been recognized by her peers at the Central Valley Association of Realtors, as being a Top Producing Realtor in the Central Valley. Realtors of this caliber are awarded the Central Valley Board of Realtors Master's Club Award. Master's Club Members sell a minimum of $5,000,000 million dollars of real estate annually.

Debbie is a member of the California Board of Realtors-CAR, the National Board of Realtors- NAR, the Central Valley Board of Realtors-CVAR and the East Bay Board of Realtors- BEAR. Debbie has earned her CRS, GRI, ABR & SFR designations and she is a member of Rebac and the national CRS chapter.
