Debbie Wall

Debbie Wall is a twenty (20) year commercial real estate veteran in Shasta County. Debbie specializes in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties, 1031 exchanges, site selecting, and leasing. Prior to joining Northstate Commercial Partners in 2020, Debbie was with Terra Properties. Debbie’s portfolio includes a list of 15 years of loyal clientele, 85% referrals as well as successfully closing transactions with Pier One Imports, Dutch Bros, KFC, Little Caesars Pizza, Frito Lay, PG&E, and various state & county facilities.

As a California native, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, and traveling. In support of our local community, Debbie serves on two Business Park Owners Associations and has volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seal Society & Toys for Tots.

Debbie studied Business & Real Estate at Ventura College and Shasta College finishing as an undergraduate. Debbie also graduated from Northstate Business School with honors.
